The Serious Bit

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure that I can serve all of my clients, I require at least a 48 hour notice of any cancellations. Less than 48 hours of notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked walk cost on cancellation. Less than 24 hours of notice to cancel will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the booked walk. This is due to the fact that I will not be able to fill the space on the walk at such short notice. Emergency situations will be considered on a case by case basis but Boo's Paw Trails reserve the right to enforce the above penalties.

Our working hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday - 8.30 to 18.30

Saturday and Sunday - 10.00 to 15.00

Weather Conditions:

If the weather is too hot for dogs to safely be walked during the day, we will either go for early morning walks, shaded walks or change to doing home visits if necessary.

If the weather is too windy, too wet or road conditions make walks impossible to safely facilitate walks then we may on occasion have to cut them short. Any time owed will be added to a future walk when safe to do so.

Payment Dates:

All walks are charged in advance. Once you have requested your walks then an invoice will be created and sent to you on approximately the 24th of the month. This will need to be paid by the 5th of the following month. Overdue payments will result in a penalty of a £12 late payment fee and walks may be withdrawn until the balance is paid.
